COURSE DESCRIPTION
Aims:
- Develop scientific knowledge and conceptual understanding through the specific disciplines of Combined Science: Trilogy.
- Develop understanding of the nature, processes and methods of science through different types of science enquiries that help them to answer scientific questions about the world around them.
- Equipping students with the scientific knowledge required to understand the uses and implications of science, today and for the future.

Learning outcomes:
- The students will demonstrate the understanding of the nature of chemistry, its laws, principles and its applications as well as the relationship between chemistry and society.
- The students will gain the understanding that scientific advances may have ethical implications, benefits and risks.

- Chemistry (Atomic structure and the periodic table, Bonding, structure, and the properties of matter, Quantitative chemistry and Chemical changes).
- Physics (Energy, Electricity, Particle model of matter, Atomic structure and Forces).
